How long is my Renters Profile valid?
Your verified status is good for 12 months from your background check date. You can refresh it at any time. No per-application fees, no recurring subscription.
What does Founding Member status get me?
$34.99 instead of the regular $49.99, and the rate is locked for the life of your account. You also get priority placement in owner searches, a 48-hour head start on new listings, and a permanent Founding Member badge on your profile. Limited to the first 1,000 renters.
