A background check cannot run without it. We use it only to run your check, and you enter it once. It is encrypted, and owners never see it.

Who sees my report?

Owners see that you are checked. The full report opens only for an owner whose place you apply to. You can download it any time.

What if my credit is not great?

The check covers more than a score, including evictions and your income. Owners decide. We never approve or deny anyone.
